for most items as long as they are shipped within the continental US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, tax free except in Arizona). Your order will likely be shipped via UPS or a common carrier such as Yellow Freight. In some circumstances, we may choose another highly qualified party. Orders normally leave our manufacturer warehouse within one or two business days. (For example order an item on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and it will ship on Monday or Tuesday. Order it Monday and it ships on Tuesday or Wednesday.) Accounts that have different bill to and ship to addresses and/or use a free public mail server such as Hot mail rather than a Company or direct ISP account may require added processing time and can delay shipment a bit. Motor Carrier Deliveries
Many of our larger products will ship via motor carrier. All motor carrier deliveries are tailgate deliveries at the end of your driveway. You
will need to be prepared to unload the package and transfer it into your home or office once it arrives. If you require an inside delivery, please notify us and we can arrange for the trucking company to assist you.
is an additional fee for this service. It is your responsibility to make final delivery arrangements with the delivering carrier.
Wrong Products Received
If you are shipped a different product than you ordered, please
contact us at 1-480-860-6876 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship back. We will pay the freight back and ship the correct product freight free.
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, contact us at Service@dualshowerhead.com or call 1-480-860-9242 within 48 hours of receiving the product and Showerbuddy.com will replace the item. We will issue an RGA and give instructions to ship back. Products returned as defective which are found not to be defective 15% handling charge and if the item is a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.
SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED! MOST ITEMS CARRY A 15% restocking fee. Some popular items can be exchanged for
merchandise credit without a restocking fee. Custom sinks are not returnable.
If Zoe Industries, Inc. ships your order undamaged and you wish to return it for reasons not specified above, freight back to us and handling
charges will apply. Freight charges are non-refundable.

All other products CAN be exchanged if you follow the rules , but are subject to a 15% restocking fee on any exchange or a 15% fee on any return for
credit to your credit card.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
Material must arrive back in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories and in resell condition.
You must get
return instructions and an RGA number from a Zoe representative before making a return.
You must pay freight back to the location specified by Zoe RGA Instructions. This address may be different than the address from where
we originally shipped the item.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made.
If any of these 4 conditions has
not been satisfied, YOU CANNOT receive a return credit or exchange.
To return an item, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-480-860-9242 and a representative will issue a return goods authorization
number (RGA) and assist you with return shipping instructions. In order to get an RGA, you will have to e-mail or fax us stating that you agree to the applicable restocking fee per the schedule above. Credits are normally
issued within 5 business days from when we have received the product back. This return policy is for your protection and our protection. No exceptions will be made to these rules.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our customer service desk can inform your
of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once at item is shipped the terms or our Returns policy will take effect.
In some cases a custom, special order
item may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.
